TRIABUNNA CABIN & CARAVAN PARK
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

It is the policy of this establishment to secure all bookings for powered sites, on-site vans and cabins by either a 50% deposit, or a valid credit card number and expiry date. Credit card details are secured in conformity with the Privacy Act to ensure that your card security is not compromised. Your credit card will not be charged until arrival unless your deposit is forfeited as detailed below.

Cancellations for bookings are accepted without penalty up to four (4) days before date of arrival. After this your 50% deposit will be forfeited if you fail to arrive on the due date. However your forfeited deposit will be credited against any future accommodation you book and occupy at our park.

Please note: all bookings must be secured with a 50% deposit (upon our confirmation of your booking) by money order, cheque, credit card details or by deposit of the amount into our ANZ bank account.
